Eric is an experienced, analytical strategy consultant with deep business and technical expertise. He has consulted on due diligence, go-to-market strategy, and M&A strategy across the telecom, media, and technology industry including tower and DNS operators, data center and edge infrastructure providers, enterprise fiber providers, and outside plant and wireless contractors. Prior to joining CMA, Eric was a founding member of ComlinkData; a provider of real-time data on buying behaviors of telecom customers in the U.S. and Canada, where he helped develop the company’s initial product suite and refine the core systems collecting and analyzing telecom network data to identify buying patterns and assess their impact on major telecom providers. Eric holds a BSc in Economics from Northeastern University.
Robert joined CMA in March 2019 as an experienced strategy consultant. Coming from a management role at McKinsey & Co., he has consulted on a breadth of strategic topics, including commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, JV design and go-to-market strategy. This is supplemented with experience consulting on other management issues including operations improvement, organization transformation and performance management. Robert has worked in a range of industries, though historically with a focus on the energy sector. Before joining the consulting industry, he worked as an Economist and Econometric Analyst.
Asya joined CMA in 2017, after 2 years of operational and strategy consulting at a boutique firm focused on banking and financial services, automotive, and the energy/utility sectors. There, she led a multiyear change management program for a global investment bank, managing a portfolio of business and operational improvements for their New York operations. Asya is a graduate of Babson Olin School of Business where she received her MBA in 2017.
Andrew joined CMA in the Spring of 2018, bringing 5 years of consulting and analytical experience with him. He has consulted on go-to-market strategy, business case modeling, product and sales strategy, due diligence, and M&A advisory for Tier-1 MNOs, MSOs, Private Equity firms, and other leading technology companies. Prior to joining CMA, Andrew spent four years as a consultant with inCode, a boutique consulting firm owned by Ericsson. While there, he primarily worked on projects tackling content delivery, fiber, IoT, network evolution, OSS/BSS, and other telecommunication trends in both North America and Europe. Andrew also acquired a year of experience in management consulting after university with The Hackett Group, where he assisted Fortune 500 companies with major transformation work. Andrew holds a BBA in Finance and Information Systems & Operations Management from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Matt joined CMA in May 2015. Since joining the firm, he has worked on numerous projects for both operators and investors across a broad TMT landscape. Within telecom, he has worked extensively with data center providers, enterprise fiber companies, and cell tower/DNS operators. He has proven expertise conducting due diligences, developing go-to-market strategies, and evaluating M&A transactions. Prior to CMA, Matt worked as a Quantitative Research Associate at Cambridge Associates, a leading global institutional investment consulting firm. At Cambridge Associates, Matt helped develop and maintain the firm’s proprietary investment models, which are used to guide the asset allocation strategies of large endowments and pensions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.
Chris joined CMA in October 2016, building upon over a year of previous consulting experience in the TMT sector. He has participated in strategy and due diligence engagements for major telecom service providers, wireless tower companies, data center operators, and investors in North America, Europe, and LATAM. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Tufts University and is proficient in Portuguese.
Peter joined CMA in 2016 and has since worked on a variety of due diligence and strategy projects spanning the telecommunications infrastructure, IT outsourcing and software sectors. Prior to joining CMA, Peter interned at Peak Equity Partners, an enterprise software-focused growth equity firm based in Philadelphia. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
